Shipping Policy:

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the kit selected and your shipping address. Most items ship for Free within the lower 48 states of USA. We normally ship via UPS Ground but may use any carrier of our choosing. If you need a specific shipping method, please let us know by calling emailing us @ usamadelambodoors@gmail.com.  Sales tax is calculated at checkout and will be charged based on your local rates. You may or may not have to pay sales tax depending on your state. Once you add the item to your cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address, the website will tell you whether you must pay tax or not.

Please Note:
Vertical Doors, Inc is committed to bringing our customers the highest quality kits at the lowest possible price. Due to this, all our Vertical Door kits are made to order. Most kits usually take 3-9 days to be built and shipped but some special order kits can take 2-3 weeks and customer will be notified by email if this is the case. Due to high demand, we try to keep some of our more popular kits “in stock”. “In stock” doesn’t mean that they can ship same or next business day, but it does mean that these orders do ship faster. “In Stock” kits will usually ship within 3-4 business days. Shipping lead times are estimates and may vary due to several factors including supply chain delays and order volume. We do not guarantee shipping times.
